Chocolate Protein Brownies

It's a Brownie, but protein is a nice bonus! These brownies are super easy to make and packed with healthy ingredients you can actually feel good about! 

Chocolate Protein Brownies

Ingredients

¾ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

⅓ cup unsweetened coconut milk

½ cup whey protein

1 egg

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

⅓ cup stevia

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

1 tsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 370°F and grease a brownie pan.
  2. In a medium, microwave safe bowl, heat the almond milk and 1/2 cup of the sugar-free chocolate chips, stirring until well combined.
  3. Stir in the whey protein, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder, and stevia to melted chocolate until well combined.
  4. Pour batter into the pan and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
