Chocolate Protein Brownies
It's a Brownie, but protein is a nice bonus! These brownies are super easy to make and packed with healthy ingredients you can actually feel good about!

Ingredients
¾ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
⅓ cup unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup whey protein
1 egg
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
⅓ cup stevia
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 370°F and grease a brownie pan.
- In a medium, microwave safe bowl, heat the almond milk and 1/2 cup of the sugar-free chocolate chips, stirring until well combined.
- Stir in the whey protein, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder, and stevia to melted chocolate until well combined.
- Pour batter into the pan and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
